How Much will it Cost

Prices are with the pictures. If you need a quote, my E mail address is at the bottom.  The only price that is unknown is the metal work, if needed. Metal prep prices are given only after I see the item. I have seen some real junk described as "good condition" on the telephone. And I will not give a firm metal prep price until I see it. A picture can help me estimate it if the details show up.

For complete guns sent to me and returned that way, the costs add up as follows.

Disassemble Gun and clean - $10.00 to $25.00

Metal Prep - Price to be Determined

Engraving or Lettering Cost

Refinishing Cost

Assembly $20.00 to $60.00 [I need to know what gun]

NOTE: If you have a local gunsmith that you trust to disassemble and reassemble your gun, it saves on shipping costs. Many also do blueing for very good prices to.

How Long will it Take

My work load depends on the time of the year. Generally about 4 to 8 months for complete guns being engraved.  Lettering and engraving repair are done very quickly. About 2 weeks.

When and How do I Pay

I usually do not need advance payment, and will bill you about 2 weeks before I am done and ready to ship. Small jobs like lettering need a payment sent with the item. Long and expensive projects may require some up front payment of 50%. The fastest shipping will be for Postal Money Orders. These are secure and I can ship when I receive them. All checks require 10 days to clear.
